VISITORS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENTS
Visitors fee for family of permanent residents as follows:
R35.00 per person per night

DAY VISITORS AND OVERNIGHTERS:

• Day visitors and overnighters will only be permitted with the permission of Park Management and the right of admission is reserved. Day visitors pay R20.00 per day per person and overnight at normal rates.
• In the interests of security, Park Management may limit the number of day visitors and are not obliged to offer reasons for their decicion.
• Day visitors must vacate the Park by 22h00

RULES:

We welcome you to this attactive caravan/camping park situated on the Banks of the Kowie River near the mouth. We regret that to ensure proper management of the Park, we are compelled to lay down the following rules which will be strictly enforced.

1. The completed Booking Notification must be returned together with the applicable deposit.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost to be paid or the site will be offered to others.
3. Reservations will only be confirmed on receipt of a completed booking form together with the reservation fee. Cut-off date for deposits for peak season, to be paid by date set by Management, to secure site/s booked.
4. Payment for the full period booked must be finalised on te day of arrival . We regret no credit card facilities. No refund on days booked and sites unoccupied. No deduction can be made for late arrivals or departing prior to reserved departure dates.
5. Site must be vacated by 10h00 on days of departure
6. A maximum of 6 persons per night (all ages)
7. No heavy duty vehicles or motor cycles allowed
8. Washing of vehicles in park is not permitted
9. We regret no accommodation for servants are available
10. No animals are allowed
11. Cleaning of fish in park is not allowed
12. Speed limit in park is DEAD SLOW
13. During high season, all vehicles are issued with identification stickers which must be displayed at all times.
14. Solid ground sheets are not allowed as they smother and kill the grass.
15. No LOUD MUSIC or ANY OTHER NOISE will be allowed after 22h00
16. All young children must be controlled and accompanied by an adult in ablution blocks
17. All day visitors cars to be parked outside Park, at parking area allocated.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Please bring your own portable braai
2. The electrical points in the Park are as per regulation. Please bring your own blue caravan plug, as we do not supply.
3. The Willows Caravan Park & Management will not be held responsible for any loss, theft or injury, and the right of admission is reserved.
